Search Warrant

The search warrant used against me was issued without any lawful basis. Under the Constitution, a warrant can only be issued upon a showing of probable cause supported by evidence. In my case, there was no probable cause because there was no underlying crime: I had no tax liability under the law, and no failure to pay or file could legally exist. Despite this, a federal judge authorized a search of my home. This illegal warrant marked the beginning of a prosecution that was never allowed by law. It shows how the system now operates on belief rather than legal authority.
